Wow, what powerful insights!

Weight Loss without Will power is like someone (the government, your uncle, or your dad) forcing you to join the war. It is not only a waste of precious time and energy but will also promote a negative self-image when you try and eventually fail losing weight.

The Hating yourself in the mirror scenario is exactly the starting point where I have decided enough is enough. Enough of the wasted time trying to fit into my jeans, Enough with the chest that I privately call "man boobs"(like my friends do), and enough avoiding pool parties out of fear of scaring the children away (or the ladies whispering to each other where words like "fat" or "flabby" were audible). Men, those were powerful motivations but I realize that at the end of the day, I just wanna see a healthy active guy enjoying his youth, and so I found longevity in my work out plan.
