Is Cardio Good For You?

This is an excerpt from last week’s Elite Body interview with Turbulence Training creator Craig Ballantyne about the “dark side” of cardio.

Jim:  I think something that may be new information for some people, is that you’re not a huge fan of cardio, are you?
