Replay: Interview with Vince Delmonte
I just finished interviewing Fitness Model Champion, Vince Delmonte and it was awesome. Vince is a fantastic model of motivation. He shares some distinctions about how to set goals that are profound. How to Start an Exercise Habit

This is an excerpt from last week’s Elite Body interview with Turbulence Training creator Craig Ballantyne about the “dark side” of cardio.
